Menus

Every menu is marked fleishig, milchig or pareve, and carries its own specification.

Fleishig means meat, milchig means dairy and pareve means neither — the three categories that decide what can be served together and on which equipment. Dishes are examples, not a fixed list; menus are built with you. Pricing is quoted per event: typically $65–$120 per cover depending on menu and service level.

Yoshon status is stated separately on each panel because it changes through the year.

Allergens, nut-free and gluten-free

Nut-free

We can build a nut-free menu and we will confirm it dish by dish. We cannot promise a nut-free kitchen: nuts are used in a kosher pastry section and in pareve desserts. If a guest has an anaphylactic allergy, tell us at enquiry and we will say honestly what we can guarantee.

Gluten-free

Gluten-free plates on request, prepared on dedicated boards and served covered and labelled. Gluten-free challah and rolls are bought in from a bakery under K-ID; if your standard needs a different bakery, tell us.

Labelling and the fourteen allergens

Full allergen matrix supplied with every quote and, at the event, on a printed card at each station. Special plates are marked with the guest's name and delivered by a named member of staff.
